We offer discount prices for the notarization, commissioning and certification of more than one document by the same person, on the same day, at the same appointment:
- 1st Notarization / Commission / Certification
- Exhibit: $25 /notarization + Applicable taxes
- Additional Seal: $8 per seal + Applicable taxes
- additional Signer or Witness: $5 per additional signer or witness + Applicable taxes
- Every subsequent Notarization, Commission, Certification, or Exhibit will be $10 + Applicable taxes
- Dashboard to manage signers & documents
- Document send and collection
- Phone/Chat/Email Support
- Loan Signing Notarization / Commission / Certification
- Exhibit: $150.00 /loan signing notarization
- True Notary Services staff will prepare the documents for your signer after upload receive from closing agent / title company
- True Notary Services notaries will perform the closing
- True Notary Services notaries will prepare / organize the documents after closing as instructed / requested by closing agent / title company and sent back as instructed
- Payment by credit card required only after completion of the closing
