The Best Real Estate Notary Service

Loan Signing Agent

Real Estate deals are cumbersome proceedings. The paperwork can be a tricky chore that most people would love to avoid at any cost. Plus, the nature of real estate dealings is such that the chances of fraud are high if proper care isn’t observed.

Another challenge with the notary services for real estate needs is the timing. Businesses have expanded, and real estate deals aren’t time-bound anymore. At any odd time of the day, you may require professional notary services. But traditional office hours can push your deals towards delay until the notary offices open up. Avoid all such hassles with True Notary Services. We can perform your real estate deals using either one of our service Mobile Notary or Remote Online Notary. Any way works well for us!

Why hire a Loan Signing Agent?

With simple contracts, you may not need a notary. Although it is advised that you don’t proceed without one because the chances of frauds and bad deals are high.

But for real estate, notary services are mandatory. That’s because it is usually a money-intensive process where millions of dollars get involved. That’s a lot of money. A notary can confirm the authenticity of all the documents and make the deal happen smoothly. Plus, if anything is missing or forged, the notary can demand the right documents and notify the parties about the situation. With the right notary, you’ll avoid the risk of making inauthentic real estate deals.

You don’t always have the time to travel when you want something notarized. That is why it makes sense to hire True Notary Services licensed and bonded Loan Signing Agents to perform your real estate closing. True Notary Services agents will either perform Mobile Notary or Remote Online Notary service for notarization at your convenience, it would be completely up to you.

Who hires Notary Signing Agents?

Assignments to work as a Notary Signing Agent come mostly from signing services, title/escrow companies, and lenders.  Most new Notary Signing Agents register with or align themselves with signing services.  These services receive loan signing opportunities from various title/escrow companies and lenders, and maintain their own registry of Notary Signing Agents who will perform those signings.  The signing service collects fees for loan signings and pays the officiating Notary Signing Agent.  Some well-established Notary Signing Agents receive assignments directly from title/escrow companies and lenders, and are paid directly by these parties.

What is “PII,” and why is it important?

“PII” means “personally identifiable information.”  It is any information that permits an individual’s identity to be known or deduced or inferred.  Well-known examples of PII include a Social Security Number (SSN), driver license number, birth date or a full name. PII is the most precious borrower information entrusted to a Notary Signing Agent.  Notary Signing Agent training should include methods of safeguarding PII.  Notary Signing Agents must follow all lender requirements for handling of PII.
